admire the giant of Provence called Mont Ventoux, the Dentelles of Montmirail, the historical Pope\u2019s castle, the beginning of C\u00e9vennes and the famous plateau of rolled pebbles of Mont-Redon.<\/p>\n<p>Three exceptional terroirs mark our identity: the fine sands (safres), limestone and rolled pebbles of the plateau.
